1 General  Provisions

• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal  Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds at c499, we support the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

• You must use a payment method registered in your own name when making a deposit.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

4 Bonuses &  Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus and is calculated on the bonus amount only.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• If multiple accounts from the same IP address or device claim a bonus, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• c499 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected (for example, bonus arbitrage), the account may be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

The c499 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can move up to higher tiers through regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits. The weekly cashback rates are: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum.

5 Permitted &  Prohibited Activities

5.1 Permitted Use

The c499 platform is for personal entertainment purposes only. We expect you to play with your own funds, for your own enjoyment, and entirely at your own discretion.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or hack the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other players.
• Using multiple accounts or false identities to claim bonuses.
• Playing on behalf of or as a representative of a professional betting syndicate.

If you engage in any of the prohibited activities listed above, c499 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice.

6 Gaming &  Technical Matters

6.1 Game Results

All game results on c499 are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. If a technical error occurs in a game result, c499 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount.

6.2 Disconnection

If your internet connection is lost during a game, your account may be affected. c499 is not responsible for network-related issues. However, if a bet is lost due to a technical error, the relevant game log will be reviewed before a decision is made.

6.3 Maintenance and Service Interruptions

The platform may be temporarily taken offline for system maintenance. Advance notice will be given where possible, but this may not be feasible in urgent situations.

7 Limitation of  Liability

c499 is not liable for the following:

• Any loss caused by problems with your internet connection or device.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party technical failures.
• Potential financial losses resulting from gambling — gaming is a high-risk activity.
• Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Our maximum liability for any claim will be limited to the total amount you have deposited over the preceding 30 days.

8 Responsible  Gaming Obligations
